Summary:
Adds debilitating or terminal medical conditions to the qualifying medical conditions for medical marijuana. This bill also removes a limit on how many times an out-of-state patient can purchase medical marijuana in New Hampshire.
The Senate amended the bill to add provisions from SB 499, but a conference committee of representatives and senators rejected that addition.
