Repeal requirement to embalm dead bodies in some circumstances

Summary:
Repeals the prohibition against displaying a dead human body for longer than 24 hours unless such body is properly embalmed.
The Senate amended the bill to add a new requirement. If a body is not disposed of (e.g. cremated) within 48 hours of a funeral home receiving custody, the body must be embalmed, refrigerated under 40 degrees Fahrenheit, or "encased in a closed container with methods employed to prevent leakage."
