Summary:
Requires the Fish and Game Department to offer daily and weekly Hike Safe Cards at a lower fee than the annual Hike Safe Card. This bill also authorizes the department to increase fees for Hike Safe Cards purchased by non-residents.
The House amended the bill to instead generally give the Fish and Game Department the authority to set the Hike Safe Card fees.
