Summary:
Requires nonresident drivers who establish residency in New Hampshire to notify the Department of Safety if they then cease to become residents within 60 days, or if their out of state driver's license expires or is relinquished. This bill also specifies when the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) must send violation notices. This bill then requires the Secretary of State to send notice to the DMV when a voter uses an out-of-state license to vote.
