Summary:
Establishes the crime of "doxing," intentionally publishing another person's personal identifying information with the intent to threaten, intimidate, harass, or harm. Doxing would be a class A misdemeanor or class B felony depending on the seriousness of the offense. Individuals could also sue under the law.
