Summary:
Prohibits the disposal of lithium-ion batteries and other electronic devices, beyond the current limits on disposal of video displays and computers. The House amended the bill to also requires towns, solid waste districts and owners/operators of landfills and incinerators to make educational materials available on the prohibition.
