HB 140 (2021)

Right to sue school for bullying

Creates the right to sue a school district or charter school for violating the state law regulating how schools address bullying.  The Senate amended the bill to make it slightly more specific.  For example, the Senate amendment defines "gross negligence" as "deliberate indifference."
