Summary:
Designates the Honor and Remember Flag as a state symbol of remembrance for those who died in the line of duty or as a result of service. The Senate removed this provision, instead requiring the flag to be displayed daily at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.
The House amended the bill to also change the observance of Gold Star Mother's and Family's Day to the last Sunday in September.
