Restrict school vaccination clinics
This bill did not become law.
Prohibits public schools from conducting vaccination clinics during school hours and requires a parent or guardian to be present for a child to receive a vaccination at a school clinic.
The Senate amended the bill. Their version of the bill still prohibits the operation of a vaccination clinic at schools during school hours, but adds an exception for clinics which solely administer influenza vaccinations and clinics operating during public health emergencies.
