Require executive council and governor, after public hearing, to appoint for appeals boards members
Summary:
Requires that the members of the board of tax and land appeals and the housing appeals board be appointed by the governor and council, after a public hearing before the executive council. The Senate amended the bill to also lengthen the term for board members from 3 to 5 years.
