Summary:
Requires an arresting agency to preserve, and disclose upon request, body-worn camera recordings of a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation when the person pleads not guilty.
The House amended the bill to more generally require the retention of body-worn camera recordings for violation-level offenses (including the appeal of traffic violation).
