Revise driver's license requirements, allow some immigrants to get licenses

Modifies the requirements needed to obtain a driver's license that complies with the REAL ID Act. This bill also provides for temporary driver's licenses for people with nonimmigrant visas, people with a pending application for asylum, people with a pending application for temporary protected status, people with approved deferred action status, and people with a pending application for adjustment of status (USCIS Form I-485) to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States or conditional permanent resident status in the United States.
