Summary:
Amends the circumstances when a law enforcement officer may use deadly force (such as firing a gun). In particular, this bill repeals the legal use of deadly force to make an arrest. The bill also repeals the language that allows an officer to use deadly force if he or she "reasonably believes" there is danger of deadly violence or crime.
