Summary:
Authorizes the New Hampshire Council on the Arts to issue decals for license plates. This bill also allows businesses to apply for a hashtag license plate, which would contain the hashtag (#) symbol, to promote their business. Proceeds from these hashtag plates would go to the New Hampshire Council on the Arts and the Division of Children, Youth, and Families Bureau of Foster Care and Adoption Services.
