Summary:
Allows for the Department of Environmental Services to establish a native vegetation habitat and pollinator management plan to be used as technical guidance for owners of ground mounted commercial solar energy generations. In order to claim beneficial habitat status, an owner of a ground-mounted solar energy generation site would have to follow the guidance from the Department of Environmental Services.
