Summary:
Reinstates a requirement for the Department of Health and Human Services to amend the income eligibility standard for the Medicaid In & Out program. The state budget passed in 2021 delayed this requirement until 2023.
The Senate amended the bill to also revise the duties of the executive committee established in the mental health counseling compact, contingent upon the compact becoming law.
