Summary:
Establishes a new voter registration form to be used by all persons registering to vote in New Hampshire. This bill also requires that any person who registers at a polling place on election day cast a provisional ballot. These provisional ballots would only be counted on election day if the registration is verified with required documentation and a race is extremely close.
