Summary:
Limits air emissions of perfluorochemicals to 45 pounds annually. This bill defines perfluorochemical emissions as "shorter chain PFAS substances, long chain PFAS substances, GenX, and precursor compounds."
The House amended the bill to instead allow the Department of Environmental Services to adopt rules about airborne PFAS, if a study proves harm.
