Expand definition of law enforcement misconduct to include misrepresentation
Summary:
Adds "misrepresentation of a material fact in a police report" and "demonstrable misidentification of the race or ethnicity of an individual in a police report" to the definition of law enforcement misconduct. The House amended the bill so it only addresses "intentional misrepresentation of a material fact."
