Require curriculum to cover civil rights movement, other "acts of discriminatory injustice"

Summary:

Amends the law requiring a U.S. history and civics education in high school, adding specific requirements to teach about the civil rights movement, "the Armenian genocide, the Holocaust, Chinese coolie labor in Cuba, the Uighurs in China, the Rohingya of Burma," and "other acts of discriminatory injustice, such as genocide, elsewhere around the globe."
