Summary:
Prohibits state Medicaid payments to health care providers that "discharge, threaten, or otherwise discriminate against an employee, student, or trainee regarding the terms, conditions, or privileges of employment" because that individual has provided a valid medical or religious exemption for any vaccinations required by the medical facility or medical office.
