Prohibit state funding for colleges and universities that allow DEI statements
Summary:
Prohibits any college or university from getting state funds if they discriminate in admission, hiring, promotion, or graduation based on sex, race, sexuality, national origin, ethnicity, or ideology. This bill specifically says that permitting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) statements is a form of prohibited discrimination.
