Repeal Liquor Commission Fund

Summary:

Repeals the Liquor Commission Fund, which uses money from the sale of liquor to fund the Liquor Commission. Liquor funds would instead go to the general fund of all tax dollars, which would in turn fund the Liquor Commission as part of the regular state budget process.
