Description: Provides that a student exempted from taking the statewide assessment by the student's parent or legal guardian shall not be penalized, requires a school district to provide an alternative educational activity during the assessment, and provides that the name of the parent or legal guardian objecting to the assessment shall be excluded from the right-to-know law.
