Vary length of unemployment benefits based on statewide unemployment rate
Summary:
Limits unemployment benefits to 14 weeks if the unemployment rate is below 3%. Benefits would increase by one week for each 0.5% increase in unemployment, up to a maximum of 24 weeks.
