Summary:
Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to seek out and receive input from the Developmental Quality Control Council. The Senate amended the bill. As rewritten by the Senate, the bill directs the Developmental Services Quality Council to provide periodic recommendations to the Department of Health and Human Services and directs the department to respond to the council within a specified period of time.
