Require time before or after school for union representative to meet with school employer for contract negotiations

Summary:

Defines reasonable opportunity for school district employees who represent the bargaining unit to meet with their employer as part of the collective bargaining process. According to the bill text, "reasonable opportunity" would mean "before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. on days the employees are scheduled to work, without impact to instructional time, and unless otherwise negotiated."
