Summary:
Makes it illegal for a voter to claim they are domiciled (live) in New Hampshire if they are a legal dependent of a person who does not live in New Hampshire. This bill then states that obtaining a New Hampshire driver's license or registering a motor vehicle in New Hampshire establishes domicile for voting purposes.
