Summary:
Provides that breaking the law regulating application of fertilizers on urban turf and lawn is only a violation, rather than subject to criminal penalties and fines.
The House amended the bill to set three levels of penalties for the incorrect application of fertilizer. The penalty for a first offense would be a written warning.
The House then added the text of this bill to SB 30.
