Summary:
Prevents a supervisor of the checklist from verifying a person's identity without identification, even if they personally know that person.
The Senate rewrote the bill, allowing a moderator, clerk, supervisor, or selectman to verify a voter's identity. The official would have to fill out a form. The administrator of a nursing facility could also verify the identity of residents.
