Summary:
Prohibits public schools from performing surgical procedures or prescribing pharmaceutical drugs.
The Senate amended the bill to revise notice requirement law for health care facility near critical access hospital (similar to SB 613) and to allow youth camps to administer prescription drugs to minors with the written authorization of a parent or guardian.
