Prohibit singling out students with lunch debt

Summary:
Prohibits identification or stigmatization of a student who cannot pay for a school lunch or owes a school lunch debt. This bill also prohibits requiring these students to do chores or other work, unless chores are required of all students. School districts must instead communicate directly with the student's parent or guardian about meal debt.
