Summary:
Requires the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to allow commercial and recreational drone operations in state parks, with some exceptions. For example, drones would never be allowed in Cannon Mountain during ski season. Commercial operators could be charged $25/day.
