Summary:
Establishes a law against unlawful use of small unmanned aircraft systems (drones). For example, this bill makes it a felony if a drone causes damage to a human-occupied aircraft in flight.
The Senate then added the text of HB 482 to this bill. HB 482 increases the fine for driving over 100 miles per hour, from a minimum of $500 to a minimum of $750. This bill also increases the minimum license suspension from 60 days to 90 days.
