Summary:
Prohibits health care providers from performing abortions after 15 weeks gestation, unless there is a medical emergency or a fatal fetal abnormality. Health care providers would face a felony penalty. The parents would also have a right to sue.
The sponsor of this bill withdrew it, and the bill will not continue through the legislative process.
