Summary:
Requires the Secretary of State to select a supplier to print and deliver ballots with embedded security and traceability to political subdivisions. Ballots must be stored in a locked facility with video monitoring and a visitor log. This bill also requires photocopied proof of identity and residency with an absentee ballot.
