Summary:
Permits the use of a live-action game camera to take or attempt to take a game animal or fur bearing animal during the open season, with some restrictions. For example, game camera owners would have to get permission from landowners and label their cameras with contact information.
The Senate amended the bill to also revise the use of temporary tree stands and observation blinds. The amended bill also defines "firearm" as having the same meaning as the federal definition of "firearm."
