Authorize civilian employees to perform commercial truck inspections

Summary:
Authorizes the division of state police to use civilian automotive equipment inspectors in for truck inspections. This bill also authorizes any officer of the Department of Safety, or other law enforcement agent certified to conduct truck inspections to enter the commercial premises owned or leased by a commercial carrier to conduct an investigation and/or enforce regulations. This bill is a request of the Department of Safety.
