Summary:

Prohibits any public employee training or education in New Hampshire that teaches "divisive concepts." The definition of "divisive concepts" includes several concepts on race and sex, such as the concept that "an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously."  The House added the language of this bill to the state budget; similar language was included in the final state budget bill.  Learn more here.
