Summary:
Allows a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult with a New Hampshire driver's license to provide driver education for a person under eighteen with a waiver from the state. A waiver would be issued solely based on the statement from the responsible adult indicating instruction and 40 hours of behind the wheel training has been provided.
