Prohibit racial profiling in law enforcement and sentencing

Summary:

Prohibits the use of racial profiling in law enforcement activities and sentencing. The Attorney General would be required to make an annual report on complaints of police racial profiling. The Department of Corrections would also be required to make a report on the race and ethnicity of defendants sentenced to state prison.
