Include option to show race and ethnicity on driver's license, require law enforcement to report race and ethnicity data for enforcement activities


Adds race and ethnicity as optional information that may be included on a driver's license. This bill requires law enforcement to note this race and ethnicity information for people arrested, cited, stopped, or warned, and report on the aggregate data each year.
