Summary:
Establishes a dedicated fund for maternal mortality reviews. A portion of marriage license and marriage officiate fees would go to this fund. This bill then increases the fines for domestic violence, from $50 to $250, to replace the marriage license fees that would usually go to domestic violence programs.
