Summary:
Repeals the law that created the Site Evaluation Committee, and establishes a new procedures to regulate energy facility siting within the Public Utilities Commission.
The House rewrote the bill. The amended bill reduces the size of the Site Evaluation Committee, repeals subcommittees, and makes some other administrative changes.
