Summary:
Requires the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to establish a short-notice reservation system for New Hampshire citizens living near a state park. This bill requires that state parks prioritize nearby residents by reserving one-day passes to the park that can be booked by these residents within 48 hours or less.
