Summary:
Requires public school students and college or university students to watch a high-definition ultrasound video, at least 3 minutes in duration, showing the development of the brain, heart, sex organs, and other vital organs in early fetal development.
The House amended the bill to instead generally require public health school curriculum to include a simulated or ultrasound video demonstrating fetal development.
