Prohibit sheltering of illegal/undocumented immigrants in schools, require notice before property revaluation

SB 225 requires municipalities to post a 45-day notice prior to conducting any annual or 5-year revaluation of property.
SB 241 establishes the Hampton Beach State Park Pier Fund for the purpose of building a public pier.
A conference committee of representatives and senators agreed to the 45-day notice before revaluation, but rejected the Hampton Beach State Park Pier Fund.
