Revise Strafford county commissioner elections
Summary:
As introduced, this bill would increase the minimum value threshold of county personal property subject to competitive bidding, from $300 to $3,000.
The Senate completely rewrote the bill to instead change how Strafford county commissioners are elected, establishing three districts in the county. The rewritten bill is very similar to HB 270.
A conference committee of representatives and senators approved the Senate amendment.
