Prohibit employment discrimination based on medical marijuana use

Summary:
Prohibits an employer from refusing to hire or terminating an employee who uses medical marijuana based solely on a positive drug test for marijuana, so long as the person has a current, valid registry identification card. This does not protect medical cannabis use while at work.
The House amended the bill to more generally require employers to make reasonable accommodations for a legal marijuana patient.
