Summary:
Eliminates same-day voter registration and enacts provisions of the National Voter Registration Act (Motor Voter, allowing voter registration at the DMV when getting a driver's license). It also prohibits undeclared voters from changing their registration to a member of a party on election day and makes other changes to election laws. The bill also requires college students registering to vote to swear they also qualify for in-state tuition.
